I have a strict Late Arrival Policy: If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appt time your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. And you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. -If you do not confirm your appointment via text message reply from my business # within 24hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no call no show & you will no longer have an appointment. - Please put your government issued First and last name when booking your appointment(s). If you do not put your real first and last name your appointment will not be approved. -If you do not cancel your appointment more than 24hours prior to your scheduled appt time, you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service. -To ensure a pleasurable salon experience we ask all clients to reframe from bringing kids or additional guests. -Please be sure to select all of the services you would like for your appointment. *** If you would like color or boho please select it as an additional service.
